Refund policy
Last updated: 5 August 2026. This policy applies to paid Wise Digital course enrollments confirmed by invoice or written agreement.
Eligibility
Refunds are available when you cancel within the windows below and meet the stated conditions. Employer-sponsored seats follow the same schedule unless a corporate agreement specifies otherwise.
Timeframe
Full refund requests must be received in writing at least 14 calendar days before the cohort start date. Requests between 13 and 7 days before start may receive a partial refund of 50% of tuition paid. Requests within 6 days of start, or after the first live session begins, are generally not eligible for tuition refunds.
Full vs partial refund
A full refund returns tuition paid for the upcoming cohort seat. A partial refund returns 50% of tuition when requested inside the 13–7 day window. Mentor Circle private coaching sessions already delivered are deducted at THB 2,500 per completed call before calculating any refund.
Non-refundable items
Application processing fees (if charged), third-party exam vouchers, printed materials already shipped, and completed private coaching calls are non-refundable.
Refund process
Email info@wise-digital.digital with subject “Refund request”, your full name, cohort name, and payment reference. We confirm receipt within three business days and may ask for identity verification matching the invoice.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days after approval.
Refund method
Funds return via the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may be used for cash or over-the-counter payments; you are responsible for providing accurate account details.
Cancellation by Wise Digital
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date at no extra tuition or receive a full refund of amounts paid for that cohort.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military call-ups may qualify for goodwill credits toward a future cohort even outside standard windows. Credits are evaluated case by case and are not cash-equivalent unless required by law.
