Data we collect
- Inquiry data: name, email, optional engagement interest, and message content you submit through the contact form

We do not ask for national identification numbers, full bank credentials, or payroll data through the public website. If an engagement later requires confidential financial information, transfer occurs under a separate engagement letter and secure channel — not via this form.
Purposes and legal bases
We process inquiry data to respond to your request and, where appropriate, prepare a scoping proposal for financial audit of invoice processing applications. Processing is based on steps prior to entering a contract and our legitimate interest in operating a professional services practice. Cookie analytics, if enabled, rely on your consent.
Retention
Contact form messages are retained up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required for an active engagement, dispute, or legal obligation. Server logs follow our host’s retention settings, typically no longer than 12 months. Engagement workpapers are governed by the engagement letter, not this website policy.
Sharing
We use hosting and email infrastructure providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by Korean law or lawful authority request.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside the Republic of Korea, we seek appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable Korean privacy requirements and will provide additional information on request.
